Donnie W. Wisenbaker was elected Chairman of the Hopkins County Republican Party on  March 2^nd 2010. As Chairman Mr. Wisenbaker is setting a new direction for this counties’ Republican Party - actively engaging people in the local community and  empowering the people by disseminating information through the power of multimedia and strong Republican speakers at local events.

Mr. Wisenbaker was born in 1948 in Sulphur Springs, TX and was raised here in Hopkins County.  He is a successful business owner,  president of Wisenbaker, Inc. dba Frontier Adjusters Inc. of Sulphur Springs serving the insurance claims industry in northeastern counties of Texas and southeastern counties of Oklahoma. Mr. Wisenbaker is a member of the National Equipment and Business Builders (NEBB) Institute.

John W. Allen, DVM was elected Vice Chairman of the Hopkins County Republican Party on .

Bill Watts was elected Treasurer of the Hopkins County Republican Party on October 1, 2010.  As treasurer, Mr. Watts would like to continue the tradition of making accurate and timely reports to the executive committee concerning receipts, expenditures and balances in the general operating fund.

Bill Watts was born in Longview, TX a few years ago and moved to Sulphur springs in 1963.  He holds a BBA degree with an accounting major from SMU.  He is presently retired from Custom Shutters, Inc, a company which he founded in 1979.  His daughter Sara Gibson and her husband Carey Gibson bought the business and continue the management of it.  He and his wife, Jo have two grandsons, Jake and Luke Gibson.  They have been members at Wesley United Methodist church for 46 years.  Mr. Watts is also the Precinct 4 Chairman for Hopkins County Republican Party.

 
Sarah Meece is the Secretary of the Hopkins County Republican Party. As Secretary, Sarah has the opportunity to keep membership records, minutes to all meetings, assist the Chairman, and participate in various Committees.
 
Sarah Meece was born and raised in San Antonio and the surrounding area. She and her family transferred to the Hopkins County area with her husbands job. Sarah is the Precinct Chairman for Precinct 17. She is actively working on getting voters involved in her precinct. She and her husband are homeschool parents to their daughter and Sarah is also the Director of the local Homeschool Teaching Co-op. As a family they feel that Civil Duties are an important lesson to teach their daughter and the community.
